1. Booking and Payment Policy
- Reservations: All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. A valid government-issued ID must be presented upon check-in.
- Payments: Full payment or a valid credit card authorization is required to secure your booking. Rates are subject to local taxes and service charges.
- Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit may be required upon check-in to cover any incidental damages during your stay.
2. Cancellation & Modification Policy
- Cancellations made more than [X] days prior to arrival will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within [X] days of arrival may incur a penalty fee equivalent to the first night’s stay or the full booking amount, depending on the chosen rate plan.
3. Guest Conduct and House Rules
- Occupancy: The number of guests staying in the apartment must not exceed the maximum capacity specified in your booking confirmation.
- No Smoking: For the comfort and safety of all residents, all indoor spaces at Cool Homes Apartment are strictly 100% smoke-free. Dedicated smoking areas may be available outdoors.
- Noise and Disturbances: Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Parties, unauthorized commercial gatherings, or excessive noise are strictly prohibited.
- Damages: Guests are financially responsible for any damage caused to the apartment’s structure, furniture, appliances, or amenities during their stay.
4. Limitation of Liability
Cool Homes Apartment is not liable for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings left inside the apartments or common areas. Safe deposit options are provided inside your unit for your convenience.
