Welcome to Cool Homes & Apartments. By booking or staying at any of our properties, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Booking & Payment
All reservations must be confirmed with valid identification and contact details.
Full or partial payment may be required to confirm your booking, as agreed during reservation.
Accepted payment methods include cash, mobile money, or bank transfer.
- Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in time: 2:00 PM
Check-out time: 1:00 PM
Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur extra charges.
- Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellations must be made at least 7 DAYS before the check-in date to receive a refund after 7 days guest he or she can be refunded 80% except 20%.
No-shows or late cancellations may result in the loss of your deposit or full payment.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 business days.
- House Rules
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.
No loud music or parties are permitted after 10:00 PM.
Pets are not allowed unless explicitly agreed upon in advance.
- Guest Responsibility
Guests are responsible for maintaining the property in good condition.
Any damage caused to the property or furniture during your stay must be reported and may result in repair fees.
The number of guests must not exceed the agreed capacity.
- Safety & Security
We provide 24/7 security for your safety.
Management is not responsible for loss of valuables left unattended in the apartment.
Guests must lock doors and secure belongings before leaving the premises.
- Wi-Fi & Utilities
Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided for all guests.
Water and electricity are included, but guests are encouraged to use them responsibly.
- Laundry
Laundry and cleaning services are available as part of your stay.
Additional cleaning can be requested for an extra fee.
- Right to Entry
Management may access the apartment for emergencies, maintenance, or routine inspections, with reasonable notice. - Liability
Cool Homes & Apartments is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or losses incurred during your stay, except in cases of proven negligence. - Privacy
Guest information is kept confidential and will not be shared without consent, unless required by law. - Changes to Terms
Cool Homes & Apartments reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website.
